WHAT INFORMATION I COLLECT

At the moment, the Handle Creative website is a temporary holding site.

Depending on how you use it, I may collect:

• your email address if you choose to join the mailing list;

• your name and email address if you have access to a private client area;

• account or login information associated with that access;

• information connected with an existing client project where it is made available through the private client area;

• basic technical information generated when you visit the website, such as device, browser and IP information;

• your cookie and consent preferences.

I do not intentionally collect more personal information through the public holding page than is necessary.

EMAIL SIGN-UP

 

If you choose to join Notes from Handle, I will use your email address to send occasional updates from Handle Creative.

These may include future Library pieces, Studio news, Shop updates and other relevant Handle Creative material.

I use your consent to send these emails.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting me directly.

Signing up to the mailing list is optional and is not required in order to use the website.

PRIVATE CLIENT AREA

 

Some clients may be given access to password-protected or members-only areas of the website.

If you are a client, I may process information such as:

• your name;

• email address;

• login or account information;

• project information;

• documents, research, reports or other material connected with our work together.

This information is used to provide the agreed client service, administer your access and communicate with you about the project.

The lawful basis for this processing will normally be performance of a contract or taking steps connected with a contract, together with legitimate interests where appropriate for routine administration and security.

Private client material is not intended to be publicly accessible.

Wix provides the technical infrastructure used to host the website, manage forms or subscriptions, provide members-only functionality and operate other website features.

As part of providing those services, Wix may process technical and personal information on Handle Creative's behalf.
